On October 27, 2007, at RealityUncovered, we published a small expose on the interesting character known as Gordon Novel. That article linked to CIA security file number 104-10305-10000, released just a few years ago and hosted at the Mary Ferrell Foundation.

For many years, there have been rumors and implications that Gordon Novel was somehow intricately involved behind the scenes during the JFK assassination and resulting investigations. He has claimed connections with Ramsey Clark and other high-profile figures, as well as, more recently, Ron Pandolfi of the ODNI.

Digging Up the Truth and Getting it From the Source

This post is just an quick update on the progress made since my last post. As I mentioned at the start of this year, this blog is just a scratch pad for my own activities and thoughts in investigating fringe/space technologies, with plans to publish the documented and detailed reports at RU. Whenever there’s enough evidence and documentation to solidify things, it’s time for an RU report.

There are several things going on at this point. I’m conducting due diligence regarding Paul Murad’s own background and his current research, in preparation for an interview that will take place at some point within the next week or so. Depending on how much can be confirmed and verified, and so long as it isn’t a blatant advertisement/promotion of scientific claims that can’t be proven - then it will most likely be published at the RealityUncovered blog.

In breaking news - during a recent exchange on Sarfatti’s list, after I point-blank called Gordon Novel a con-man and an ex-criminal, I was contacted directly by Gordon Novel himself. What a pleasant surprise!

The C2C Interview With George Knapp

For those of you who don’t know him, George Knapp is a well known paranormal/Ufology news reporter who works at a local news station (Channel 8) out in Las Vegas. Being located so close to Area 51, and having researched and reported on so many weird and wild stories, such as the hoaxer Dan Burisch and the very interesting SkinWalker ranch, Knapp is now a celebrity among Ufologists.

George has announced that he will be interviewing Gordon Novel this Sunday on Coast2Coast Live. My comments about Gordon were related to the fact that I didn’t see any good that could come out of making this man’s claims public.

Also, years ago, RU requested Knapp’s help investigating the Jim Angleton character down in Florida, who Bob Collins claimed for years (and ufologists have believed) was the of the famous “Good Shepherd” of the CIA, James Jesus Angleton. As I reported on RU - Knapp came back with a story that his investigation into Angleton had “bit him in the ass.”

And that he hadn’t uncovered anything other than what we’d already told him - that “certain individuals” who we were investigating had, in fact, been in close contact with Angleton regarding UFO/CIA claims. But beyond that - he had nothing. Disappointed, we forged ahead.

Steve and researcher Wormwood’s hard-hitting report, The Bad Shepherd, reported on the results of those investigations. Single-handedly, Steve’s report dismantled a myth that’s been part of Ufology since the late 1990’s. Wormwood and Steve succeeded where Knapp had failed, and that fact shook my faith in this reporter from Las Vegas.

So my comments to Jack’s list reflected the fact that I did not believe Knapp would ask the hard questions - presenting Novel with the evidence that contradicts his claims - instead of promoting more of Novel’s unsubstantiated rumors. Tune in on Sunday (January 17th) to see how it goes.

Upcoming Research and Reports

After my comments, Gordon contacted me directly and said that he had no interest in becoming my enemy. Actually, he said “with friends like Jack, who needs enemies?” You have to give him credit, the guy has a sense of humor.

I immediately responded and said that I would welcome a dialog. And so now the work begins in parallel with the due diligence for the Murad interview, I need to collect all of our data for the Novel Interview. Essentially - this may offer both sides of the story. However, both men will have a few fairly hard questions to answer. But I’m still thankful for the opportunity to have a direct dialog with both sides.

In addition to those interviews, which should be published on RU in short order after they are completed, I’m also hoping to publish an article at RU this weekend covering the history of John Alexander.

Many people don’t realize the very tight interfacing this man has had with Ufologists, and I believe many may well be very surprised by his history, activities and the effects of his actions throughout the history of events like the MJ-12 document scam and the publication of books like Exempt from Disclosure. The research for that article will be finished soon, and I hope to have it up at RU by Sunday!
